Freedom to Serve
We believe in carrying out the great commission given by the Lord Jesus Christ to his disciples in Mark 16: 15-18, 15. And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. 16. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. 17. And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; 18. They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
We believe that the preaching of the gospel should be followed by salvation as in Romans 10:9. If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. Salvation will lead to deliverance and healing, as you can read in Mark 16: 17-18.
Jesus Christ commanded His disciples to do likewise Mark 16:17, therefore, according to the teaching of our Lord Jesus Christ, Reverend J Wilcox was led by the Holy Spirit to teach Christians about what it means to be truly saved, delivered and healed through the Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
Freedom to serve deliverance ministrations occurred in 2004 and 2010. The programmes were conducted by Apostle G. Moody, Rev Wilcox and Pastor J. F. Wilcox. Meetings were held in England and Scotland. The programme gave people the opportunity to be set free from demon oppression and possession, so they could be free to serve God in spirit and in truth. John 8:36. If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed. John 8:31-32. “If you hold to my teaching, you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free,” Many people became born again Christians, delivered from demon oppression and possession and many were healed of their illnesses and diseases, in the name of Jesus Christ, through the Holy Spirit.
The Lord Jesus Christ cast out demons during of His ministry on earth. Mark 1:39 - And He (Jesus) preached in their synagogues throughout all Galilee and cast out demons. He also commanded His disciples to do likewise (Mark 16:17).
