How to become a True believer ... Our Need for a Saviour
Just being religious, going to Church or being an affiliated Christian does not make you a true Christian. You can only, be saved by coming to know the Lord Jesus Christ as your personal saviour and committing your life totally to Jesus Christ and knowing the will of God through his word, the Bible and being trained to be of greater usage, telling others about the love of God shed abroad in our hearts through the Holy Ghost which is given unto us. See Romans 5. It is only God who can save the world from Satan’s grips and rescue sinners from materialism and the sick society in which we live. Please pick up your Bible and read Matthew 11: 28 where Jesus with a fully stretched arm is inviting you to come to Him. Just as you are, with all your problems, He will sort you out and you will never be a burden-bearer anymore, but have real joy, love and peace from God the father. We live in a broken world; broken society and so have broken homes, broken marriages, and broken hearts, through rejection, loneliness and discrimination. Bodies are broken or destroyed through diseases, drunkenness, drug abuse, famine, war and violence. Minds are broken down through depression, worries, fear and guilt. God came to our aid to heal. He sent Jesus Christ to heal the broken-hearted with His unconditional love. He came to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound, to comfort all that mourn. To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified. Isaiah 61:1-3.
Jesus lied down His life by being crucified and died a painful death on a cross 2000 years ago. God brought him back to life on the third day.
Jesus is the answer to all the problems in our world today. He is healing families and marriages, uniting parents and children together, he reconciling people together in the communities, schools and workplaces.
Will you ask Jesus Christ to heal you spirit, soul and body today? Do not delay because none of us know what tomorrow may bring. Here, He is standing at the very door of your heart, waiting to be invited into your life. Will you open up the door of your heart to Him and let Him come into your life?
Read book of Revelation 3:19 – 22 (1 Peter 5: 7) (Isaiah 53: 1 – 5) – “Who has believed our message? And to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed? He says, today if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts as when they provoked me, as in the day of trials in the wilderness. Now is the day of salvation. (2 Corinthians 6: 2) (Philippians 2: 12)
Read (Hebrews 2: 1 – 4); how shall we escape if we neglect so great a salvation?
WHAT YOU SHOULD DO NOW
Jesus has said in John 6: 37 "Whoever comes to me I will never drive away." This includes you, wherever and whoever you are. Repent of your sins and pray the following prayer from the bottom of your heart, God will hear and answer, and save you as He did in the case of Zaccheus. (Luke 19: 1 – 10). See Luke 19: 8 – 9 Instant salvation occurred. What a joy!

DEAR HEAVENLY FATHER,
I come to you in the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. I confess and repent of all my sins, I ask you to forgive all my sins. I acknowledge and accept the Lord Jesus Christ as the only Son of God. I accept Him as my Lord, Saviour, Master, redeemer, Priest and King. Wash me now with the Precious Blood of Jesus Christ, shed on the Cross of Calvary. Break every chain of sin and Satan in my life and in the life of my family. I repent and renounce any involvement I have had with false gods / deities, false Religion, occultism, paganism, Satanism, new age philosophies. Father God, make me yours, spirit, soul and body from now to eternity. I totally surrender my life in faith to you alone.
Lord Jesus Christ I believe you are the Son of the Living God. I now confess with my mouth and believe in my heart, that you died for my sins and rose again from the dead on the third day. You defeated Satan on the cross of Calvary and you will return again to judge the living and the dead. You are my Lord, Redeemer, Master, King of Kings, Personal Saviour and friend. Strengthen me and help me through your Holy Spirit not to sin against you or against other people. I receive you Lord Jesus Christ into my heart, I am now born again, I am child of God. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth I pray. Amen.
